Refund & Return Terms

  • Once the product ordered has been successfully delivered, no refund or return can be applied for.

  • If the product ordered does not conform to the specified description and fails to be delivered within the stipulated time, a refund will be applicable.

  • If the buyer is eligible for a refund, the refund request must be submitted within 24 hours from the time of ordering.

  • Refund processing time will be 7 to 10 working days.

  • In case of a refund, any bank fees or transaction charges must be borne by the buyer.

রিফান্ড ও রিটার্নের শর্তাবলি

  • অর্ডারকৃত পণ্য সফলভাবে ডেলিভারি হওয়ার পর রিফান্ড বা রিটার্নের জন্য আবেদন করা যাবে না।

  • অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যটি যদি উল্লেখিত বিবরণের সাথে সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ না হয় এবং নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে (২৪ঘন্টা) ডেলিভারি করতে ব্যর্থ হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য হবে।

  • কেউ যদি রিফান্ডের জন্য বিবেচিত হয়, সেক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার করার সময় থেকে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে।

  • রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়াকরণে ৭ থেকে ১০ কার্যদিবস সময় প্রযোজ্য হবে।

  • রিফান্ডের ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক কর্তৃক ফি / চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
